I did send mine by fax, saved the fax coversheet and then sent it certified/registered receipt with the green card just to make sure they got them.
But it's like Goudah said it is a worthless piece of paper if you don't send it through the mail with proof that they received it. I just wanted to cover all my bases though. I am paranoid like that (LOL)

ladybug, I told you we were "sisters". LOL! I swear, on every single one of my pdl's, I faxed/emailed/mailed everything. There was no way I was going to have any of them say "Huh? We didn't get anything." LOL!
