A loan from paydaymax loan placed in my account

My boyfriend recently took out a paydaymax loan and it was placed in my account. An extention was used for the 1st payment which was only $37.24.That payment was return to them and they sent and email stating that $611 would need to be paid on a 400 loan. My boyfriend got the loan for me because I was in need and could not get one on my on.They will not talk to me about taken the payment due. They told me he would need to call in but we do not speak anymore. I live in North Carolina and I want to pay this back becuase it did go in to my account and I do not want them to keep drafting my account. I really do not know that to do. When I call them to make the payment they would not even take it from me.They want a money gram payment of $206.00 but I can not afford that. i am barely making now. How can I get out of this because I know he has no plans of paying it back and they have all of my phone number so they call me non stop.

nikki, is this an internet pdl? PayDayMax? Is that the name of it? What state are you in?

nikki, I googled and found this regarding paydaymax.

JURISDICTION. The transactions related to loans will be deemed to have taken place in the offices of PayDayMax.com Inc.???? and according to the laws of Grenada, regardless of where you may be viewing or accessing this site.

Here's my advice to you. You reside in a state where pdl's are illegal. This particular pdl is TOTALLY illegal, as they are located overseas.

You need to close your bank account. You need to close it now and open a new account at a different bank. There is a "sticky" at the top of this site page. It talks about closing your account, making sure it's not forced open again, etc. Read that information. Close your bank account. Make sure it will NOT be forced open by any pending pdl debits. Go to a new bank and open a new account. Do NOT give this information to anyone. Do not apply for any other pdl's.

Nikki, this company is illegal. They are an illegal company lending illegally in your state. If you have any questions regarding closing your bank account, please post.

I have a loan in default with payday max. I can't afford to pay it. I was living in Florida when I took out the loan, but I lost my job and have had to move home to Texas. What can they do to me? The bank account it was deposited into has been closed.

Here is the law for Florida...roll overs are not allowed and it looks like they have to make a repayments plan with you...I would call them first and explain the situation ..see if they will work with you. Under no circumstances give them a new account info..arrange to pay by money order etc.

here are your state laws http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html

grace, was this an internet pdl? If so, you need to read the above posts. This particular pdl (if it is indeed an internet pdl, which I am assuming it is) is an ILLEGAL overseas pdl. Okay? What can they do to you? They can get a on friggin plane and come over here and show their illegal selves and try to get money. Are they going to do that? No. Your account is closed? Good. Do NOT give them any new account information. If they try to contact you via telephone, do not take the calls. The overseas illegal pdl's usually make your life miserable with phone calls. Just don't take them. Because scaring you is the only way they can get this money. They are ILLEGAL. If you have any questions, please post! :D
