Westbury Ventures Needs To Be Reorted

I'm new at this, but from what I've been reading you need to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and contact the Attorney General of the state you live in.

You need to report them, I did, they withdrew money from my account without my permission, and when I called to inquire, they were very nasty to me, so I called my bank disputed the charge, got my money back, complained to the BBB, The Federal Trades Commision, Consumer Affairs of your state and the Attorney Generals office, needless to say, they sure changed their tone of voice with me after that, and wiped my account, Just know no matter how much they seem to be scary, know that you are protected by laws, in no way can they threatened to sew u, unless they are going to go through with it, (which there not), that is against the law, also tell them you dont want to recieve any more phonecalls and let them know you will be sending a certified letter, they seem to back off, when they know they are dealing with an educated consumer, good luck!

I agree, report them to all state and federal agencies and send them a certified/return receipt requested letter withdrawing any ach transactions with them. That they cease and desist any communication with you over the phone and that they contact you only through the USPS

Once they start getting complaints from the state and federal agenices they will be singing a different tune.
