I hate these people!! I took out a loan with them... paid on time, but only the interest. Then I started paying the principal down... I missed one payment and they started taking out a lot of money from my account. I put a stop payment on them and called them and asked them to send me a copy of my account or just tell me where the money that i've paid was applied. The guy Tim Atkins, told me that I owe money and he was willing to settle but could not tell me how much I owe. Checking my bank statements, I told him how much was debited from my account, he told me I was lying, I offered to fax over my bank statement. He then told me he was going to send me to collections. I told him that all I want is to know where my money went so if he send me to collections, I'll just ask them. They then tried to take money out but was block by my bank. Then they used a different account to access my bank and withdraw $165 and $30. I'm so angry so I'm waiting for it to clear and will be filing a claim with my bank... hopefully they can get the money back... I hate them!!!

I am a customer of payday loan yes, after I got my loan, I found out they had the incorrect pay date to withdraw the money from my account, I sent numerous emails to no avail, they just kept deducting money when ever they felt like it. I sent mor eemail, to correct th edate, and payday loan yes, just took out again from my account and caused my auto payment to bounce, but, I know the amount they deducted they will continue to do so, because they feel it is what they should do. I want these people stopped, it is totally unfair to have incorrect infomration and deduct from your account as many times as they like, I have paid $150, then $90, $90 plus $30, they tried to take $300 on the same date 11/16/07, but, they had taken all that was there and caused my auto payment to bounce, as well as cause me $51 for the bounced payment. I have received many emails, but, still this company debits my account, they have tried on the dates that was not time for them to deduct. What kind of company does these things to people, if we need a loan from you, is becasue we ar short on money, and we trust you, but, why do dyou care, you can get away with it. Tim Atkins and a few others have emailed me I replied back with my reason for the twice boundced check to them, but, they have gotten their money and more, just continue to debit my account. I also see that Cashnetusa, has debit my account also for $105 and $50 0n 10/19/07, for what reason I do not know, since you have taken this much money from me we are even the amount of $5105 is more than I owed, this mess needs to be put to rest, it is not professional to do business like this. There is no address on the websit, so how can you send a letter, also there is no phone number for cashnet so you can not call t hem. All these loan companies should be put out of business and return all money to their customers with interest. And you wonder why people put stop payments on their accounts against these companies. Just sad and totallly unprofessional. I am going to pray for all of you.

Does anyone have an address for Cashnet (not to be confused with cashnet USA. This guy Tim Atkins is an idiot he just hangs up on me and will not give me an address. I filed ch13 - 3 months ago and they took 680.00 recently out of my checking account. My attorney wants to file a motion to seek sanctions but we cannot get an address for this guy.
