Instantcashloan till payday help

I need advice on how to handle Instant cash loan till payday. I have a loan for 300.00 and have alrady paid 360.00. I live in Wyoming

Your state has the following laws on payday loans.

Loan Terms:
Maximum Loan Amount: Not Specified
Loan Term: 1 calendar month
Maximum Finance Rate and Fees: the greater of 20% or $30
Finance Charge for 14-day $100 loan: $30
apr for 14-day $100 loan: 780%

Do you have the phone number of the loan company? You may give them a call and inquire about the account status. Request them to send you the PIF letter.

gin, here's a more detailed description of your state pdl law. As you will see, there are no rollover/extension fees allowed. Criminal action is prohibited. These are good things. First of all, your pdl, I'm sure, charged you rollover/extension fees. Are they still debiting your bank account? You borrowed $300 and have paid $360 so far. Correct? Are they still saying you owe money? Are they still continuing to debit your account? I'm going to see what kind of information I can find on your pdl. In the meantime, take a look at your state pld law so you can see what I'm talking about.

gin, STOP! You're pdl information is listed below. They are a d/b/a of MTE Financial! Monsters! Now I already know the answer to the question "Are they still debiting your account." I'm sooooooo sure they are. They will stop at nothing. Is this the only pdl you have? No others? When is their next debit due to come out of your account? This is an ILLEGAL pdl. Totally illegal. You should have only paid the principle amount of the loan. Nothing else. And they should not be allowed to debit your account any further! Please post as to if they are still debiting your account, when the next debit is due to hit. You more than likely need to close your bank account and open a new one at a new bank. These guys are ruthless.

gin, act quickly before they hit again. Go to your bank. Close your account. If they can not close it for WHATEVER reason, have them put a hard debit block on it so that no debits will hit it. This sucks because you will not be able to use your ATM card, write checks, etc. You will have to physically go into the bank to withdraw any money. There is a "sticky" at the top of this site page that goes into detail regarding closing your bank account. Read that for more information. You need to do this quick. Like tomorrow. Make sure you ask your bank if any pending debits will "force" your account back open. If they can not promise you that your account will not be forced back open (and let the pdl debits go through and cost you NSF fees) then make them put a hard debit block on it. You have already overpaid these people and they are an illegal company. They will NOT stop debiting your account. Please do this ASAP. If you have any questions regarding closing your account, just post. If you have money in your account, get it out. Do not let this pdl get any more of your money.

Cannr, Thanks for your advice. I can't close my account yet. I have way to many debits to change. I have already establoshed a new account w/another bank. I am scared about closing and owing all the overdraft fess. I know it is stupid. I have stopped my cash now. My others that I have are:
United Cash loan
Nationwide
One Click Cash
Cash Net (have to pay off and redo)
Cash transfer center (pay off/redo)
Check City (pay off and redo)

The last 3 I will pay off and NEVER redo w/my Christmas Bonus... If you have any advice, or if you have dealt with these companies, I would greatly appreciate your input.

gin - pay attention! Your Cash Transfer Centers loan is an overseas illegal company. Actually I can bet they all are illegal, but it's early and haven't checked them yet. I see MTE's on there. Anyway, on your Cash Transfer Centers, you need to type a letter to them ASAP. I mean now. You need to revoke any wage assignment you may have signed with them. They've been known to put in wage assignments to employers to have "their" money taken out of paychecks. Wage assignments are totally voluntary by your employer. However, unfortunately, most employers do not know this and honor it. Short and sweet. Just type "I, (state your name) revoke any wage assignment that I may have signed with your company, your partners or any of your affiliates." Done. Fax it/email it/mail it ASAP. You need to revoke it before they have the opportunity to send it to your employer. Please do this now. I'm going to ask more questions, but I don't want you wasting time reading this right now. I want you to get that letter revoking wage assignment out now! Please!

When you're done with your letter (please tell me you are doing it right now!), tell me when your next debits are due to hit from each of your pdl's. Also, tell me how much you have borrowed from each pdl and how much you have paid back each pdl. Do not break it down into "fees". Just the total amount paid back so far. And, as for your pdl's that you PIF each time, how much borrowed & how much they debit. Don't forget to tell me when your next debits are due to hit.

gin, did your pdl debits hit today? It's 08/31. Your last post said next debit is 09/28. Is that just for Cash Transfer Center? What about the others? Your bank account is still open that they have access to? Did they suck more money out today? Any of them?

They all hit today. 3 are legal in wyoming, abide by the laws. I have to pay and reo as I can't afford to pay in full. They are Check city, Cash net and Cash central. Cash transfer center is paid but I have to redo also because it is a large amount... I am in the process of writing letters to ask that United, Nationwide, One Click cash and Instant cash get stopped.

gin, too bad their licensed/legal. LOL! But I'm glad you know that. So you're writing letters to have the illegal ones stopped? What letters? To the pdl's?
