I have dealt with Cash Call. My opionion on 'both sides of the coin.'(1st side 'of the coin') Cash Call isn't doing anything illegal, calling and asking for their payment (just like any other collector would do). They CAN sue, if they feel they should. However...(2nd side of 'the coin') the % rate is outrageous!! If Cash Call DOES sue, they cannot sue for MORE of the % rate that 'your' state is 'bound by'. They are very difficult to deal with. Good luck,SEXI, with your lawsuit.

I know someone, who lives in PA. She had a court 'thing', with Cash Call. One of their 'reps' came here. She got a $2600.00 loan from Cash Call, and was paying a 99% rate...almost DOUBLING the balance she had to pay back. By the time they came to sue, she owed close to $3400.00 ( 'accumlated' % everyday, on this loan). She told me the judge took the $3400.00 and charged the % rate, according to the state of PA ( I THINK she said 6% or 7%). So..NOW..she owes $3400.00 + the PA % rate= what her balance is.
