I would really just like to find a company that offers debt consolidation for payday loans so that I can pay them with lower interest and a small amount per month for all of them

Kay, If you have paid these people what you legally owe them, there is no need to pay more. That is why we need the info that we asked for. We can help you . Please listen to the advice we give you. We have all been where you are now. Yes, it is a bit of work, but it is well worth it.

kay, I'm posting your Delaware pdl law so we can all see. Delaware pdl law sucks. They are not very strict with pdl's. Which, gee, is why so many pdl's are based out of Delaware. Here's the law for everyone. However, let me first point out that a lot of your internet pdl's are not even licensed/legal to do business, if that makes you feel any better. And there are a couple of companies members use that you can call and see what they have to say. Let me post this and then I'll get the information for you on the companies that you might be interested in. But, just keep in mind, a lot of these pdl's aren't even licensed/legal.

what happens if I close my back account and just don't pay them? will they take me to court?

Also I already have three payday loans with Langhorne Debt and they are good but won't let me add any loans to the program. They have already settled three of the the loans I had in the program orignally. I am trying to find out from them if once the three that are left in the program are settled, if I can rejoin the program with these other payday loans. I am hoping the anwer is yes but if it is not, I need to find a company that will settle these debts for me. Does Town and Country concolidate or settle them?

I personally haven't used either company. Why won't Langhorne take on these other loans? Anyway, hopefully someone with T&C experience will come along. I know many members use them and are happy with them. I'm sorry I can't help you! :(

I am dealing with T&C and they have been able to help me - I had one PDL which I emailed them and told that I paid more than my fair share and since the loan was ilegal and have talked to the AG in NY - this should be considered paid in full - so that worked - I do have a few outstanding - and I did borrow the money and I do owe that back - T&C was wonderful and made me feel better, I have sent my inital payment to them and all has been contacted and now its wait and see.
I closed my bank account and opened with a new bank - got in writing that my bank acct was closed - and spoke to the fraud department at the bank and said I lost some checks and wanted to make sure nothing can go through - they keep a watch on it for awhile.

I'm not sure who the previous guests were, and wondering an update on kay who put the original post.

For some more generic information. I spoke with Lanhorne and they do settlement and not consolidation. They represent you, negotiate what is owed on the pdl's, and take their fee. You put money into savings until you have enough to pay off the pdls, which you do on your own. I opted not to use them, for my PDLs were not licensed and I only owe them about $650 to pay off their principals and I would be putting over 3x as much as that into savings to pay them off, including fees. But I only have 4 unlicensed ones. With as many as Kay listed, well it depends how much time you want to put into it and how many phone calls you want to make and receive.

T&C as I know consolidates. Then you make your monthly payments and it eventually gets paid. But again, if you are dealing with unlicensed companies, you will end up paying more than you legally owe them and I'd rather not give them any more than I have to.
