Welcome to the forum...we will be glad to assist you...can you please list each loan, how much the loan was for and how much has been given back (payments, fee's whatever). Unfortunately the only way to stop the debits will be to close your account. There is some very important info on that...click on the notes at the top of the 1st page of this forum.
Here are the laws for your state:

TN doesn't license companies not located in TN. What this means is that internet based companies can lend to TN residents legally as long as they are licensed in another state. They would also follow the laws of that state.
Please read this thread about some important information you need to know before you close your bank account:

The storefronts loans are most likely going to be legal. Check to make sure they are charging you correctly.
Technically it is not an interest rate but service fee and this is how it works. The fee cannot exceed the lesser of 15% of the check amount or $30. So if you have a check amount for $100, the service fee would not exceed $15 (15% x 100). Keep in mind the fee is on the check amount, not cash amount.
Keep up communication with the storefronts. That is key since they could sue you. You will want to set up some sort of payment plans with them.
Out of the internet loans you have, I know that Payday One is licensed. The others most likely aren't licensed anywhere.
The first step is to take care of your bank account. Please read this thread:

I will go to my bank today. Can I do anything about the sites that are not licensed and if so what should I do? I have read on here about a cease and desist letter and was wondering if I should do this and where I could find the letter. Thanks again for any help anyone can give me.
The ones that are not licensed anywhere are operating illegally.
The ones that are not licensed anywhere are operating illegally. I would only pay them back the prinicple amount and not a dime more.
You can send them a cease and desist letter, but it rarely works. There is a link at the top of the page that says "Do it Yourself". If you go to that there are a bunch of example letters.

On the internet loans that are not licensed: File complaints with the BBB and your state attorney's office, sometimes they can help you mediate closure.

It's a bit tricky, because they can be licensed in any state and be loaning legally. My first step would be to call them up and ask what state they are licensed in.
