Here is the state statute on the PDL's in Nebraska. You need to check the licensee data base to see if they are even licensed to lend in Nebraska.
After checking the licensee database and I couldn't find anything. Doesn't look like there is any of them that are legal there.
I will let someone with more experience come along and guide you through the rest of the process.

Has anyone dealt with BIG LTD. ? or Oneclickcash? Maybe United cash loans? I cant find a legitimate address...I havent paid them since 6/29/07. They have not contacted me as of yet. My bank is restricted now...nothing in..nothing out. Ive paid since may of 07. 4 times but only on the interest..of fees they call them....nothing on the principal. what do I do?

Big is an offshore ipdl...and I have dealt with United Cash...there also are several posts on here from people who have dealt with One Click Cash...can you figure out how much has been goven to each one of them (in fee's etc.) against how much you borrowed?...then we can compare it to your state laws to see where you stand. Most of these places do not deal much by us mail sticking to telephone and email.
Let us know how uch each loan was for and what has been taken...you may not owe as much as you think...

Three payday loans. Each for 200. I have paid 240. interest fees to one click cash. I have paid 180 to united cash loans. I have paid 290 to BIG. original payback amount to one click cash is 60.00 to united was 60.00 to BIG 80.00 . One click cash tried to debit my account 12 times at 21.00 each. United tried to debit 7 times...and BIG tried once. All of those was after i didnt pay them...my bank restricted my account..but not after the nsf charges got to 1186.00. My bank stopped at least 8 more tries by both united and one click cash....so...what next?

Next you need to send them cease and desist letters..you can find copies and examples on the site here...you should send them by registered mail...then file complaints with your state's attorney's office and the BBB. They will eventually contact you. Some times we can get resolution through the BBB...that worked for me with United Cash Loans...talk to your bank an explain the situation...maybe they will work with you to remove some of the fee's. I don't believe any of these are licensed in your state so just take it a step at a time to clear yourself. You can also search these pdls in the google box and see how some of us have dealt with them.

I dont have addresses to an of them. I dont know what I owe being I paid the fees 4 times on them..I have looked for them on the web..and cant find them anymore. They wont contact me..or havent..I no longer have the email, phone I had when I got the loans..but they do have my home address..and my work address. I dont want them to garnish my wages. What does it mean if they arent licensed here?

I have something else I need to ask...If I have a loan with one click cash...for 200.00. Ive paid 240.00 already in interest. Do I still owe them...the same with United cash loans...it was for 200.00...I paid 180.00 in interest. And BIG...was for 200.00 I paid 290.00. The only one i didnt pay over was united cash. Explain this to me.

They won't garnish....they would do a wage assignment which is voluntary thing. You can find the letters you need in the DIY section ...just add your info to them before sending them out.
And you are correct...you still owe United $50. and that's it. Send them the cease and desist letters with your state laws asking for a PIF (paid in Full) response. On United tell them you are willing to pay the balance and ask for an address.
Then go on line and file complaints with the state attorney's office and the BBB...they can sometime assist you in mediating with these companies to close your accounts.

I'm just jumping in for a second. On your BIG loan, you need to do a letter revoking any wage assignment you may have signed with them ASAP. They are notorious for sending wage assignments to employers to have them take out "their" money from your paycheck. You need to revoke this ASAP. I can not stress this enough. You need to do it before BIG has the chance to send it to your employer. You keep a copy, give a copy to your payroll person, and send it to BIG. Your One Click Cash and United Cash Loans are not licensed/legal either. None of them are. You only morally owe the principle amount of the loan. You overpaid One Click by 40.00. You overpaid BIG by 90.00. And, from I read, you only owe United Cash Loans $20.00. You said a $200 loan and you paid $180.00. The contact information above is correct (the second address for One Click Cash is the one you want to use.) And also for One Click, use the email compliancedepartment(at)oneclickcash.com. It gets through quicker than the customer service email address. They will respond to you. One good thing out of all of this, is that they can not debit your account any longer since your bank has blocked it. So, no worries there. I just jumped on here to tell you to send that letter revoking any wage assignment you may have signed to BIG. They will more than likely try to get your employer to take "their" money out. A wage assignment, as morningstarr told you, is voluntary on the part of your employer. However, a lot of employers do not know this and abide by it and take the money out of your check. So, please, send that letter ASAP. Sorry I jumped in. I'm jumping out now.

Cannr...don't be silly...we share...!!!
Chocolitte DIY is Do it yourself...there is a link at the top of the forum page ..click on that and you can find letters...what I meant by your info..is your laws, etc. to put into the letter you write. When you write a cease and desist letter you are telling them you revoke their right to debit your account, to issue a wage assignment and request they only contact you by email or us mail...then just give a copy of that letter to your payroll or human resource person..you can always tell them you are a victim of fraud and this is to protect your accounts.

It's okay. :D You need to type up a short and to the point letter to BIG. All you have to do is put the name of the company, any information you have (address/phone/fax/email). Then state "I (state your name) revoke any wage assignment I may have signed with your company, your partners, or any affiliates. Consider this written revokation of any wage assignment signed." Then type your name. Short and to the point. Send it to BIG. If you have a fax number, fax it and mail it. But do it ASAP. Give a copy to your payroll person. Just say "And illegal company has been debiting my account without my authorization and I am taking care of it; however, please place this in my file in case they try to pull something else on me." You do not need to go into detail. And you keep a copy, too. Just to be on the safe side. And the "do it yourself" that everyone is talking about is at the top of the site page. It's a little bitty link you can click on that says "do it yourself" and it'll come up with a bunch of "sample" letters you can use as examples to send your pdl's.

I want to say thanks to everyone here that was so kind enough to take the time out to help me with this awful situation. I really and truly appreciate all your help. Thanks!

Since they are not licensed you should not pay them back any more than you borrowed. That, one would think, would teach them to operate legally.
So OneClick owes you 40
Big owes you 90
And you owe United Cash 20
For the first two, concentrate on getting a PaidInFull (PIF) before attempting to get refunds.
Luckily, they can't take any more out of your account. Also speak with your bank and explain your situation and why you got into it, you might find a softhearted soul who is willing to reduce some of those fees that got you into such a negative balance.
As for letters, at the top there is a tiny link that says "Do It Yourself." Click on that, it will take you to letters. If there isn't one specific to you, then read through them and piece and part them together. But ultimately you want to tell them "stop." Quote this "Neb. Rev. Stat. ???? 45-904" in the letter as well.
But most importantly get some important figure head on your side. Like your State Attorney General (AG), or the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, and the BBB and the FTC and anyone else who will take a complaint. Then one of those people will call them up to remind them that they aren't licensed and they can't be taking that money from you.

Ok, heres whats going on now. I talked with my bank this afternoon. They are willing to work with me on the negative balance. I told them I made arrangements with another debt I owe (not a pdl) and that I need to get them square first, the bank agreed. Then she said reopen my direct deposit after I settle my other debt. I told her I was afraid they will comeback, she said they wouldnt, couldnt...that the bank will hand input my deposit..and..they will set up a loan thru them and I can pay the negative off long term. But I am afraid to have my paycheck back on direct deposit..Im skeptical of the bank..Im not sure what to do...Help!!! Btw the way..I sent a letter to the AG today...no response as of yet.

cho, it's going to take time for your AG to respond. They review EVERY complaint that comes in. Give them time and you'll get a response from them. As far as your direct deposit, did you stop it? Are you getting paper checks now? If so, open a new account at a different bank to have your direct deposit put in. This way you know your paycheck will be safe from any pdl's.

I stopped my direct deposit in July. I am getting a paper check now. I am afraid if I open a new account at another bank, my bank I have now will not give me the long term loan....I dont know..I just know I am afraid to open an account anywhere.

cho, do not be afraid! You can open another account at a different bank just for your direct deposit. On your paydays, if you like, just take money out of the "new" account where your direct deposit is going and take it to the "old" bank where the loan is, if that's how they want you to pay. Just don't get your direct deposit put in there. Just take the money yourself and deposit it. They won't even know you have another bank account. It's just an "extra step" for you to have to go to the new bank, withdraw money, take it to the old bank for the loan. No biggie. But this way your direct deposit will be left untouched by anyone except YOU!
And don't worry about the AG...it took 3 weeks for me to get a r
