Need more info on midland marketing

Which state are you in? Do a check on the pdl laws of your state? You need to be sure whether your account is already overpaid.

Did you get anything in writing from the collection company? Under the federal laws, they must validate your account before attempting further collections.

I live in Pa and I do know the laws I just need to know where midland works out of because they are the laws I need to follow

flyers, this is the address that the BBB had. So, should we assume this is the address of the state you have to comply with? I can google search some more and see if I can find anything else out, if you like. But, that's what the BBB has. So, I would assume Missouri. But, I'll check more for you. And, THANKS, for the information, flyers! I'm sure queen will appreciate it! But, hang on and I'll see if I can find anything else out on Midland. I'm just thinking that if this is thier address, this is the state they would (should) be operating out of? Or licensed out of? Did you even check yet to see if they're licensed?

Midland Marketing is the actual pdl name? Or is this the "parent" company of a d/b/a? Do you know? I'll poke around and see what I can find. :D

Canr, Thanks for all the info. When it got debited from my checking account it said 3midland maketing. Can you post the pdl laws for MO. They are the ones that forwarded me to churchill resolutions. Should I call them or send them a letter?

I did a google search on this site, since nothing came up for 3midland marketing on the BBB. Here is what I came across:

for 3 midland market, I just called them @ 800.783.4936 and they closed my account with a 2 min call. Good luck with the rest of them.

Okay, I called the phone number. LOL! I can't help myself! The girl REFUSED to give me a mailing address. I asked for a manager, she refused to give me a manager. God love them! I can tell they're going to be a$$holes!

So, I put in the telephone number on the BBB site and the same information came up as I had posted. So, it IS them and they ARE located in Missouri. What a bunch of yahoos! Feel free to call them if you like. Personally, I would send them a letter. They sound like one of those "nice illegal" companies. No, we won't give you an address. No, you can't speak to the manager. Give me a break!

I wish I had better news for you, but at least we know this is them (Midland Companies) and they are in Missouri.
