OK, I've been in contact w/ Tim of CashNet 500 who claims that they are not in any way affiliated with E-Payday Loans. He says there is nothing he can do and that I'm contacting the wrong company.

I know for a fact (and so does the BBB and AG's office) that E-Payday Loans is part of CashNet 500. Any advice on what I can do at this point? Thanks!

Fax/email/send letter to these a$$holes telling them they are are indeed who they are! Good Lord! This is what stupid MTE Financial is pulling on me! "We are not them." Yes, they are. Fax/email/send the letter stating your conversation with Mr. Dick Head who said they are not who they are. Inform them that you have contacted the BBB and your state AG and that they are aware of the situation; however, you are filing complaints AGAIN against them regarding this matter. And do it. Re-file your complaints with all the agencies so you have documentation stating your call with Mr. Dick Head at so&so company who states he is not who he is. I did this with every one of my MTE's. I looked it up myself. It is stated underneath their name E-payday. Stupid morons. I'm telling you document it, send it, and re-file your complaints telling them of your recent experience. It might be like riding a merry go round, but sometimes it's worth it. I'm still riding my MTE merry go round, but I'll be damned if I'm going to let them get away with saying "we're not them". Bull. Sorry. Didn't mean to go off here! :D But that really irks me. They are flat out lying. As if being illegal isn't enough, they have to lie to everyone on top of it. Ohhh, it just kills me!

Great advice cannr...I'll refile then send letters letting E-Payday know I have refiled my claim with the AG and BBB. These illegal PDLs will pull every dirty trick in the book to con you into giving them more money and to prevent having to repay you what you overpaid them to begin with. It makes me so mad. There is a sense of relief that comes with knowing these PDLs can no longer get one cent of my money...however, I'm holding out for more than a PIF, I want my money.

rain, great attitude! Refile your complaints. Let the idiot Mr. Dick Head know that you are. Explain in your complaints that Mr. Dick Head (I really like calling him that!) states he is "not them". I swear, I got this for all three of my MTE pdl's. I was so friggin mad! I was filing complaints all over the place! I emailed the MTE pdl's regarding it so much that they finally blocked my email! I can not stress the anger that this causes me! To deny being "who they are". Give me a break! Once you refile with the BBB and they contact them (again) regarding this new "fact", I can promise you, they won't respond to the BBB. It was like they "disappeared". LOL! Too bad I refiled with the FTC and my state AG letting them know what they were trying to pull.
