Unfortunately, I live in Wisconsin, and WI laws do not allow us to use Financial Services outside of our state, so they were unable to help me. But I have read alot of good things about them on this website. Hopefully they can help you out.

I have talked to them and they are very friendly and very knowledgable. Alot of people on here have used them. Do a search in the search box and you will read all about them.

What debt management companies allow PDL's?

For people who live in WI, T&C is licensed in WI. I had someone from the state call them. Because on the list I got from the DFI they WERE listed, along with many others that were out of state. So when you call them they will tell you they can't help because of a WI law, that is not true. You can use who ever you want in or out of state. They just are not taking WI residents at this time, but plan on in the future. That is why they are keeping their license.

If you are looking for a company ask your DFI for a list of companies that are licensed in your state. They will send one to you. That is what I did after I called T&C and they told me they could not help me. But when I got the list I was excited because they were listed. So I called them back and they told me the same thing and they could not tell me why they were on the list for WI. Thats why I got the state involved and he talked to some VP or something and called me back with the other info. But he also told me that just because they hold a license here they cannot force them into accepting WI residents.

do they handle pdls? how much does it cost to get started, anyone know? :)

I'm not sure of the cost, but please check out anyone ou are thinking of using with the BBB, and also, some state AGS have a list of approved companies. I am hesitant to recommed any particuliar company, since I personally haven't used them.
