US fast Cash, Paycheck Today, both MTE companies...

The nasty e-mails have started since I defaulted last week. They have also gone in my account again and tried to take money! I got two e-mails from "John" at US Fast cash this morning. He advised me to hire an attorney and put my account on hold until Aug.29 to give me time to hire an attorney! I wrote him back and told him why would I want to throw good money after bad by hiring an attorney? And also, putting my account on hold until Aug. 29 would give me more time to research his company and file more complaints! He said they would do everything "legally" possible to get their money. Yeah right! Isn't it funny, since they are illegal and MTE has been ordered to cease and desist in Oklahoma anyway?

I am located in Oklahoma. I understand MTE has a physical address in OK, under the name Paycheck Today. They are claiming immunity because they are on Indian land. I am a member of the Cherokee tribe, myself, LOL. I am going to write to the tribe and make a complaint against them, too.
BTW, I have tried to log in under my registered user name and can't remember my password. I have asked for it to be sent to my e-mail, but it never came. Can someone help with that?
