Should I close my bank account before sending them a letter? I keep getting logged out of my account aka misskitty882

sunshine/kitty - Get your bank account taken care of NOW. Do that first. Then you can concentrate on your letters and complaints. First thing is make sure they can no longer access your money. At least you'll have a paycheck while battling with these people. Did you read the sticky regarding closing your account? Did you read all the posts regarding closing your account? I have a payday loan with both Payday Select and OK, and I live in Ohio. Does any know Ohio law/and or where I can find this at. I am in a revolving cycle and need to get these paid off. Please help! Thanks.

Thanks so much. I have had both loans continously for over a year. Just never able to payoff and then have to take out again! Is there any help that I can get, or can I try to send letters such as those listed above? I am really not trying to get out of my obligations, I just need to get out of this cycle! I took out a $500 loan and have paid a total of 2311.56 back. I took the original loan out in May 2006. Whatever info do I need? Thank you.,

PDL-So you have MORE than paid back the principal. is your checking account still open? Are they still debting?

Read up on this, but as most will say here, you're probably going to have to close your account to get them to stop.
