You need to check out the laws of your state and figure out how much you legally owe on the account. If you have overpaid, you don????????t have to pay anymore. You may need to claim a refund from the company.

Also, can you list out the companies you borrowed from? The amounts you borrowed? How much you've paid back in fees so far to each one?

Please listen to what Goudah is telling you! If you give us that info we can begin to walk you through this. Closing or freezing that account is the only way to get control.

World Wide Case, Loan date 12/7/2006 repaying 89.00 every 2 weeks, loan amt $200.00

Arrowhead Invest, Loan Date 12/11/2006 repaying 90.00 every 2 weeks, loan amount $200.00.

ameriloan, loan date 6/18/2007, repaying 90.00 every 2 weeks.

US Fast Cash loan amount $300.00. This one is a new one.

Northway Credit (Cash Transfers) $400.00-this place takes the whole amount and I keep redoing it.

The 2 ones that are contacting me about the default is Westbury Ventrus & SHW Recovery.

On the first 3 where you have paid 89 and 90 every 2 weeks...can you figure exactly how much they have taken??

rhoff, I don't believe any of your internet pdl's are even licensed/legal to lend. Let alone the fact that they are rolling over/extending the loans. And since 2006? Lordy, Lordy. You need to please post the amount you have paid each of these people. I don't like the states where the pdl law states criminal action "unspecified". These are all internet. Correct? If this is the case, and they are illegal/unlicensed, as I'm almost positive all of them are, you need to take care of you bank account ASAP. Please, believe us. They will continue to debit you until you're dead. I swear. Look how long they've been debiting you already! And the illegal ones are the worst. Please try to figure out how much you've paid. And, please, read the link on closing/freezing your bank account. You need to open a new account at a new bank.
