I have at least $400.00


I have at least $400.00 in overdue payday loans, not the business is saying that if I do not have the money before or on Sept 4th 2007, that they will garnish my paycheck. What do I do ?


Welcome to the Community :D Are these store front or internet loans? If they are store front, try to work out something with them, as they usually follow state laws, and tend to sue. What state are you in? A little more info will help us point you in the right direction. Feel free to ask questions..KAren

These payday loans are store front. I have tried to work something out with them but I make so little money & I have to pay Light & Gas bills every month. The loan place is even sending me mail about the loan through my place of work, which I have asked them not to because it could get me fired ! :( They have even sent me papers stating that they will garnish me wages, if I do not give them the full amount by Sept. 4th 2007 ! WHAT DO I DO ? PLEASE HELP ! :(
