E-Payday Loans info

Hello All. I'm in the process of taking my life back from these PDL chumps. Unfortunately, I can't manage to find E-Payday Loans anywhere (I know I'm not the only one). I sent a letter via USPS and it was returned to me Personal info removed for your safety - Jason. I've been emailing them at service(at)e-payday-loan.com, but have received NO response. Does anyone have correct contact information for these losers? They seem to have dropped off the face of the earth. I even checked my bank statements and there is no phone number available. Thanks a bunch my fellow PDL Survivors!!

There are three address listed on the BBB. All in AZ.

I pulled the following off of the BBB website:

Cashnet 500 Financial (E-Payday Loan)
PO Box 572037
Murray, UT 84157
Telephone: (800) 654-7444
Fax: (800) 887-9284
cashnet500.com
e-payday-loan.com/contact.html

Cashnet 500 Financial (E-Payday Loan)
4001 S 700 E # 500
Salt Lake City, UT 84107

E-Payday Loans
PO Box 571992
Murray, UT 84157
866-364-9684

I'm sending mail to ALL 3 addresses, that way they can't claim they never received anything. Everything I've sent to PO Box 571992, Murray, UT 84157 has been marked "return to sender".

Hope that helps!

Nope, rain. You are correct. I looked again under various names. Apparently E-Payday Loan is Cashnet500Financial. And the two addresses you have (Murray and Salt Lake City ) are what they have for them with (e-payday-loan) underneath Cashnet500Financial. Good God. You wonder why we all go bananas regarding pdl's? You have to put in 40 hours a week just to figure out who in the world they are! This is driving me crazy!

Just to let you know, I had a pdl from epayday and apparently it was sold or something to EME Marketing and they use United Processing to collect on it. I sent letters to all the places for Cashnet 500 and they were all returned. Not sure what is up with that, but if you receive a response let me know.

Oh, break! I am soooo sorry! United Processing is horrible with their illegal threats of putting people in jail, etc. They are right up there with United Federal Bank (or whatever they call themselves). They call and threaten people with arrest and legal action and scare them into paying money. I am so sorry.

rebl, I would try every aveunue I could think of to file complaints with. I've read on here many times to just contact your local police department. Beyond that, I'm not sure. If you find anything else a person is able to do, please let us know!

Hi, shazzers! I'm thinking rebel is talking about just getting this illegal guy to stop calling him. However, you're probably right. Of course file complaints with the agencies! I thought maybe he just meant to keep this guy from calling and using illegal threats. Now, I don't know if he's talking about this guy being from United Processing or where....

Roy Campbell (yeah, right...) called me directly, did not tell me he was from ePayday (I never knew that until I found this site) and represented himself as a federal agent! I work for a police department and when I demanded to know what agency he worked with, he started yelling at me, called me an idiot, told me to shut up, said I was going to be arrested for fraud and criminal activity, etc. He also called my work while I was not there and told them I would not be in that night because I was going to be arrested! I told my sergeant what was going on, and he called the guy back and told him that unless he had official business with me, he should NEVER call me again. This is heinous and illegal!!

Ugh--can anyone suggest anything for me to do....Here it is 2 weeks before christmas and I just sent Mr Roy Campbell 450.00 via western union for a 200.00 loan. He too said someone had been to my place of employment to have me arrested for fraud. He said loans from the internet were illegal. I dont know what to do or where to turn. I didnt get nervouse till he asked if we could be friends and asked questions about my personal life. I was going to google his number last night and didnt. Is there any recourse to this? I still owe him 85.00. HELP!!!!!

Do NOT send him any more money!! You have not committed any kind of fraud and he is obviously scared of the police. He cannot call your work if you tell him not to. This man is a crook! Sounds like you have more than completed your obligation to him. I am looking at ways to get him busted for his own illegal behavior. Look at the fdcpa list of illegal debt collection practices, and you'll see that he has violated EVERY one of them!

:D Mr. Roy Campbell called my cellphone again tonight looking for his 85.00, letting me know that I did not fulfill my obligation to him. I have not returned his call but plan on leaving a message asking for an address to request a letter of validation before sending anymore money. I am going to remember that tidbit about the letters of validation. Accounts switch collectors so much anymore. I had an incident where I was paying one company --they sold my loan and never let me know
what a nightmare
Thanks for your help
I will be sleeping better tonight.

mdtsmamma, It is always wise to request validation if for no other reason to be sure the company is who they say they are and really do have your debt and it is in fact what you owe. If you have his number, you can find the address in most cases. You can google it or you can see if the company is listed in the bbb by using th ephone number. If you want to post it, we can look as well. If you need help with the letters, let us know. Good Luck.
