loanshop thiefs

My account was recently used in a illegal online transaction.$390 was with drawn from my account by the loan shop westbury..I tryed for days to to speak to someone with no luck until today.The lady that answerd the phone asked me for my name and stated that she know what this is about and that i need to pay the the balance off the money i owed from the loan i took in november..I told her i didnt know what she was talking about she said sure you dont and hanged up..I called back and got some one elese and they told me i need to speak to the floor manager who seems to me he doesnt answerd his phone....
