payday loans in arizona

I have these online payday loans outstanding
magnum cash advance
first bank of deleware (they say its an installment loan with like 300% interest.) I also have 4 store loans in az. The online people are horrible to work with. they are charging like $900 in interest for 1500 is that legal? The in store are willing to work with me but the online wont. what can i do. need advice. help. They have already made my chaeking negative $900.

Here is your Ariaona State Laws. With store fronts and installment loans you need to handle differently from internet pdl's. They usually run legal and you will have to contact them and make other payment arrangements if you can't keep up with your payments. With the Internet pdl's please check and make sure whether they are licensed in your state. You can find that info usually on your Attorney General's web site or the Dept. of Financial Institutions for AZ.

You will find the Payday loan laws for Ariaona here (just select your state),

Check N Go/First Bank of Delaware? I know I saw them as licensed like all over the place! If it's considered an "installment loan", it is not a pdl. They are more than likely operating legally, just charging lots of outrageous interest. You're working with your store fronts? That's good. They are important, as they are more than likely operating legally according to your state law. I see on your law that 3 rollovers are permitted. That sucks. Sorry to be so blunt. But can you tell us on each one of your loans, exactly how much you borrowed and exactly how much you've paid back? When you post what you borrowed, do not include "fees/extensions", just the principle amount. And when you post exactly what you've paid back, just put the exact amount you've paid. Don't break it down into "fees/rollovers". But, since your state allows 3 rollovers, do please tell us how many times you've "rolled it over". :D

Okay, Magnum is not going to be licensed. Meaning they are more then likely operating illegally.

Have you closed your bank account yet? Please read this thread about closing your bank account:

http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

You are safe as far as closing the bank account goes with the storefronts. You cannot be prosecuted for doing so.

You also need to default of the storefronts once the account is closed. I know that Advance America will try to put through the check no matter what you tell them. But once the check comes back you will be able to work out arrangements.

The best part is that once you defualt, the ridiculous refinance fees stop. You will be able to make payments on the balance.

Magnium won't fool around with trouble makers. Send them the revoke authorization to debit and they will stop debiting. At least, that will take a huge burden off of your payday. You may still have to deal with them trying to collect, but they just left me alone with a big sign when i logged into my account on their website saying my account had been referred to their collections dept. No one ever called me.

first bank of deleware said they would take 690 a every 2 weeks for the next 3 pay periods to pay it off. I originally borrwoed 1500.00 I make decent money but i cant afford 1300 a month in payments.
Magnum just sent me a threatening email saying i havent contact them... which is a lie so they are putting me to collections if i dont respond to them by the 21st....aaaahhhhhh what did i get myself into..

They need to put a block on it until it can be closed, or else it will just continue to go into the negative.

$690 every 2 weeks! Crap! I would try to see if you can negotiate something a bit more affordable . . . . It's at least worth a try. Explain your situation, don't get upset, make sure you stress that you are willing to pay, but you can't affod those payments right now.

The "CEO" of magnum wrote me this long email about being governed by the laws of DE. Since they do not want an unhappy customer This is waht they offered me. My origanal loan was for 1200. i have paid like 430 of it. They are waiving all interest and i only have to pay back the original 1200 which leaves a balance of like $768. VICTORY!!!!!!!!!
