PDL - Florida

The ones that I have are Payday OK, Payday Select, Quickest Cash Advance, CashNetUSA. I found a list showing which were legal for the state of Florida and I did not find any of these on there. So the best I can tell they are operating illegally. I just not sure what I should do.

sandy, do as goudah suggested. File with your state AG and their state AG. Cover it all.

teri, if you go to the "search" box on top of this site page and type in mte or quickest cash advance, you will have many posts come up regarding them. You will find information.

teri, did you get the actual physical address for mte? I also have an email for them directly. What address did you find?

teri, no! They have five different addresses listed with the BBB. Incredible, huh? The most recent (since they move whenever the cops catch on to them) is the one I'm posting. I am also posting the email that will go directly to them. Use this address and email for any results:

MTE Financial Services
515 G SE
Miami, OK 74355

email: compliancedepartment(at)mtefs.com
:D

teri, oh, they'll get it! Be prepared for some nasty stuff once they do! Not to scare you, because it's actually kind of funny once you get into it! But, they'll respond. I do believe I know every response you'll get! LOL! Did you file your complaints with the agencies? With MTE, it is important to file those complaints, as they are completely illegal.

The key there is head of household. If you are head of family and provide more than 50 percent of the contribution to a dependent which can be a spouse or yourself as in tax laws they can only garnish your wages if you agree to it in writing. That does not protect your personal property. Although the court in Florida will only issue a judgment. They will not collect! That is up to the County Sheriff!
