If you applied for a new loan to one of their sister companies the computer may have matched you up. I would go right to the fraud division of the bank and report that. I would also file a compliant with the BBB, the FTC and the Attorney General in the State of Kansas where they are located. You can get their address in Shawnee Mission Kansas off of the BBB website. Also send a certified letter to Geneva Roth revoking their ACH priveledges. They are acting outside of the law in my opinion. How much did you borrow from then. How much have you paid them so far and what state do you live in. I have a long history of dealing with them.

Please answer frog's questions. He can help you with them. And, here's a lesson. Don't shop for pdl's on line any longer. Unfortunately, once you put your new bank account information in, they send it all over the place. Apparently it connected with a partner of Geneva Roth and they got your new account and sucked the money out. You might want to consider doing something about your new bank account now, as these people have your information.

Yeah, you may need to close this account. Once one pdl has the info, regardless of wether you were approved or not, you can pretty much assume that any pdl you owe could get the account info.
And please, don't apply for anymore pdl's. They will hurt you way more then not having the money for a couple weeks ever could.

Alot of the online pdls are actually extensions of the same company, so I understand. It is horrible how the companies will take your money even though they do not have permission to do so, and then feel perfectly justified at blindsiding you. Definitely go to your bank's fraud dept. and close the new account, too if you have to.

The problem is in reality it doesn't always work that way. Banks can be difficult to work with.

I would close that account to be on the safe side. Go to a different bank all together. Don't ever apply for a pdl again. There are other ways to obtain the funds that you need, try borrowing from family or friends. Don't have a PDL ever again.

Ditto to ladybug's post as well.
It's incomprehensible to me that these companies are illegally drawing money out of accounts that they have not permission to draw out of. It should without a doubt be reported to every agency you can think of, this is a crime.
