Ask your bank to give you their contact info. They should have it in their system because by that info only, they will be able to contact the company to dispute the item.

Have you taken out any payday loans? Nevis Marketing is the name of the company I had borrowed money from, it showed up on my bank statement as well. Good luck.
paid off a payday loan
I had a payday loan which I paid off in full. Then I had applied for a credit card but never activated it and constantly called the company asking them why they wanted money for a card I never activated. They told me over and over and over again that I didn't have to worry about it, since I had not activated it and would not receive any more emails or bill. Now on my credit report NEVIS has reported that I owe $90 and the status was seriously past due. There is no information for me to dispute this on the credit report!
