Email that email and they'll get it. They'll lie their ass off to you. File complaints on them. They'll lie their ass off the the agencies. They will harrass you, then not hear from them for months, then come back and attack. HORRIBLE. They give me nightmares. Please email the hell out of them and file complaints. They are part of MTE Financial (they will deny this). Horrible. TOTALLY ILLEGAL. Please, get them for me, too!

boogy, honey, I emailed/faxed/mailed, you name it. It went every which way possible. Can't say I didn't cover myself. They can't claim they didn't receive anything! Fax it, email it, and mail it. When you mail it, just get the delivery confirmation. This way you can at least track it and be sure they received it. But fax it and email it about 40 times. That would give me a thrill! :lol:

I paid Cash Borrower in full & they debited my account for another $650.00. Said they were having problems with EDESC. They keep telling me they will refund my money. I am already talking to an attorney.These guys are crooked, don't ever use another on line PDL!!!!!!!!!................

guest, cash borrower is illegal anyway. So now they're claiming "problems"? OMG. Have you done anything regarding your bank account? Putting a hard debit block on it? That way credits will still go in, but cash borrower can not debit any longer.

Click on Subtitle 1 Interest and Ursury
This is where all the laws are regarding interest.
Also if you go to Subtitle 3 Consumer Loans, under 12-306 Interest on Loans, it talks some more about small loans and the interest that can be charged.
