Debt Validation Letter
I was going to send off a couple of debt validation letters. However, it is past the 30 day notice on the letter received from respective agency. Can i go ahead and send them or is it too late?

Agency Letters
If you look at the letter from the respective agency, there is typically a phone number to call. I would call the agency and let them know you're intentions. collection agencies, most of the time, are more than willing to work with debtors.

I hope they will co-operate with you knowing the fact that you are willing to pay the said debt.
