Payday Loans Help! I cannot afford to pay all the loans

I have 6 payday loans online. I also have 2 locally in stores. These two I have put on payment plans but I cannot afford to pay for all of these. What can I do?

Roxy...to cut and paste: left click your mouse over the top of what you want to copy...without letting go move the curser down so that everything you want to copy changes color, then let go of the left button and press the right one...choose copy...then go to where ever you want to paste the info..like an email or open page etc. Right click again and choose paste...the material will then be transfered to the new page. Hope this helps you...

Okay, less. I'm back. Had to "refresh" my memory. You've got your store fronts taken care of. Good. Now for your nasty illegal pdl's. I understand you are in Illinois. Okay. And these illegal pdl's, you've overpaid (of course). Okay. Your bank account is closed. Good. Now they can't get their money. Too bad. I'm going to pm you "the letter". I am also going to pm you your state pdl law so you can copy it to the letter for the idiots to read. Check your messages, and if you have any questions, just post! :D

Morning..I do not have a mouse..I have one of those stupid pads you run your finger along to move the arrow. I have figured out how to highlight but when I Use the right button, the one I usually use on the mouse to copy, it does not give me a drop down menu or a copy option. I need to breakdown and buy a mouse for this thing. I just got it becuase I am going back to school and our house computer is ancient.

roxy, instead of getting a laptop and a mouse for it, why don't you give your money to the pajama man making calls from his house in Iowa? LOL!

cannr- I already have the laptop and it is thanks to you...I actually have money and can save to go back to school...maybe this time I will go into law to keep us out of debtors prison. And the pajama man..well he can bite me..He will get money from me when they find glaciers in hell. However, when he is out of work because his company is finally shut down..I can recommend several pdl companies.

Oh, I don't know, roxy. I don't think he'll ever be out of a job. He's got it made. Sits at home in his "jamys" and calls people and threatens them with illegal mumbo jumbo. Hmmmm....wonder how much he gets paid to do that?

Hi, it's been awhile since I've logged on. I've been very busy in my letter writing campaign. Lot of work. It's easy to get in debt and hard to get out! Had my first experience with CTC sending a "wage assignment" to my job. My H/R had received the email copy that you told me to forward revoking any attempt to collect wages. Also, HR checked with my Legal department at work and advised that CTC had no right. They sent a letter to them indicating that the way the paperwork was submitted had no validity with my company. Wow, that was close. They are fighting dirty!

I am on my knees thanking God that less has an intelligent employer! Thank you God! Apparently CTC decided that day was "send out wage assignment day". Holy crap! Malta.......please give me strength.

I thank God that you got out of the situation too!
Now...new stuff. Westbury Ventures, the owner of The Loan Shop, DMSMKTG etc. has responded to my letter advising them that of the $800 dollar loans ($300,$500) that I borrowed and the $1060.00 that I've paid resulting in the $260.00 overpayment, that they have every right to call me at work and harrass me and that I owe them more money. Now what?

Less, remember they do not have the right...even if it was a legal debt. DO not take the phone calls. If they call pretend you are someone else and take a message, note the date, time, who called and what was said. Or tell them you are no longer employed there. Respond to their phonecalls in writing. If you have not filed any complaints with the BBB and your state regulating agency, add this to the complaint. If you have save the info to add to the complaint later.

less, they "have the right"? Are you kidding me? They are illegal loans and "they have the right"? I would so be on that email right now or typing up something for the mail stating WTF? They have the right to harrass you regarding an illegal loan? I would love to have them send me something like that in writing. Or better yet, post the law that gives them the right to harrass you regarding an illegal loan. OMG. No, I'm not really, really ticked off here. :x

Does Fastcash Loan also go by the name of Paydayloan-yes? I have paid off a company called Cashnet, but on the same bank statement there is another called paydayloan-yes/fastcash. I have never given either of these companies authorization to debit my account? How could Cashnet just give my account number to any of their affiliates? Is this legal?

Cheryl, did you notice a deposit made into your account by a "mystery" company? I'm reading as though you are noticing debits by this company. However, do you see a deposit anywhere at any time from this company on your bank statement?

I really feel for you folks but i am from the old school, if you get a loan for anything then pay it back. Why do you think intrest rates are so high?? Because its people like you that force's the rest of us to pay for your mistakes. I really do feel for you folks but please stop spending money you dont have. Go get 2 or 3 jobs to pay your bills. Grow up and welcome to the real world. Good luck and god bless.

Thanks for the wonderful advice, big crow. We'll keep that in mind while we're fighting illegal overseas companies who keep debiting our bank accounts for thousands of dollars.

I'm sorry I'm so late with this but I too am in trouble with pdls. I have 2 store fronts that I borrowed $600 from and I have to pay back $676 everyweek basically. 3 internet loans that were $200 $200 and $300 and I had to pay $40 weekly to BIG ($200) $89 for Media and for the $300 90 biweekly I've paid my loan intrest and everything else. please someone help with advice I got laid off and I'm unable to pay the loans back. I'm not worried bout the storefronts cause I pay them back and borrow it back same day. I was advised by my bank to close out my account cause they made me a negative $900 from just hitting it consistently. so I have a new account with my bank that they know nothing about. If they send it to collections what will happen next. I live in Michigan and the pdl companies are BIG, MEDIA and Kingston

PayDay loans are horrible! What I did is let everything go through my bank account so now I owe my bank like 800 bucks but its better than owing 6 different payday lenders!
Either way, its not the best idea. Im in Ohio so payday loans are illegal but they change what they are called now so they are still able to do em here. Best of luck! I feel everyones pain! On top of payday loans I have 25000 in cc debt, not sure how to tackle all of this but I will do my best!

I have some pdls and I live in Oklahoma. I have put stop pays on them at my bank and the ipdls sent me an email stating they have referred my accounts to collections. I don't know what they can do, but my main worry is having them harass me at work and also clearing out my bank account. Any ideas?

It depends on the companies you are deal with. First of all, please list the following information so we can help you.
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside. (Oklahoma?)
I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!
