I get through their website & send e-mails but no reply. I even faxed a letter requesting to pay the loan but no reply. I can't find a telephone number. Anyone have it ? Thanks because I really want to pay off this loan. I have a copy of the contract but it only gives you a fax # to send a letter to reques the loan paid off. But how will I know they just won't keep charging me ?? Help Please I want to call. :?:


my son also cant find a number...the small loan was taken out for example:
75.00
50.00
75.00
50.00
leaving balance of 50.00 but they are showing on his "next due date" 110.00
have you found a number yet??? :?
guess he will learn not to do this...the hard way.

I don't have the number but I did log in to their site. I printed a copy of the contract & faxed a letter advising them to pay my loan in full on the next pay date. I then checked again because all you see is what tour next payment is & it was for the full amount of the loan. I hope I never have to deal with these people again. I am paying 3 out of 4 loans this month & will never take out another payday loan again ! :evil:

They seem to be honest for payday loans. Make sure you have enough to pay the loan back or get an extension if needed.

I want to know the minimum payment that I can pay on 10-22 and if the loan can be extended unitl 11-5? I want to pay the enitre loan off on 11-29. How would I go about setting this up. I can't get through on your toll free number. Can you call me at work at 314-615-4748. I need to look at some options for pay off please

Hey guys I just was on the phone with an awful collection agency about a loan that I supposedly got from impact cash. Well the thing is they said I got the loan on may 14 of 08. Well that is not true first I have never have gotten a loan from them only applied and at the time that I supposedly got this loan the state of ohio had banned payday loans. Also they have the wrong birthdate and the wrong bank. I was just on rip off.com and read from an ex-employee that impact cash employees make loans up without the customers knowledge. Look it up yourself! I'm not sure what I'm going to do but I'm leaning towards getting an attorney. First for the collection agency who did not give me the info I needed and impact cash!!!
