First off, if you register with this site so I can PM you I can send you a list of banks that don't use Chexsystems at all. Just PM me with your state.
To find out if a bank has any ties to internet payday lending is a hard chore. You would have to look through tons of documents and filings to find out who owns what. It could take days or weeks.
I wouldn't really be worried about it happening. Most of the banks that I know of that do have ties to pdl's won't open an account for you if you are on Chexsystems anyways.
