6 payday internet loans in Arizona
I have been reading some posts with great interests and was hoping I could get some help. I currently have 6 outstanding payday loans in Arizona. Most of these are rollovers with new loans obtained as soon as they were paid in full. Needless to say, I no longer have any money in the bank to pay these folks. Two have already defaulted since my bank returned the ACHs whereas before my bank would pay them (so each payday I would end up being negative and would never see a penny). Here is who I owe,
CashnetUSA $500
PaydayOne $500 (defaulted)
Netcashusa $400
USFastcash $400
B.I.G. International $200
Paychecktoday.com $200
Netcashusa and USFastcash do those "automatic" renewals with pay down of $50 after the fourth or fifth renewal so I have literally paid hundreds of dollars to both of those outfits. I live in Arizona and was unable to locate licenses for any of these companies except PaydayOne and CashnetUSA. The calls are already starting and they are calling at work as well. I work for a bank so these types of calls can get me in trouble (especially since I also left my manager's name, never thinking it would get out of control like it has).
I have asked my employer to begin depositing my paycheck to another bank account so I can get some relief (not to mention pay my rent, car and have some food on the table). I don't know what to do or where to turn to. Any help/advise is appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

You aren't going to find licenses for the other companies. They
You aren't going to find licenses for the other companies. They are most likely operating illegally.
Have you closed your other bank account? Please read this thread:

Here are the Arizona state laws regarding pdl's. As you can see, Arizona allows 3 rollovers. Are these pdl's rolling over more than 3 times? How much have your borrowed (principle only) and how much have you paid back?
