Fantastic Article

I was surfing the net for proof that 1800899CASH is a dba of Frascella Enterprises of Delaware. (Frascella is licensed) Anyway, I was googling around and I hit on a report by Director of Consumer Protection. It's 19 pages and is stated as being direct testimony to the Subcommittee on Domestic Policy Hearing on Predatory Lending and Payday Lending in American Cities. I wasn't sure how or what I could link so if someone would give me some guidance I will follow up with more information. It was presented on March 21, 2007 so it is pretty current with the cases it cites. I can't find the reference to Frascella on screen so I'm going to print it out and scan some more.

Cashtoday...

I used to work for this company and can tell you for a fact that they are owned by the same people. Once the sh*t hit the fan in philadelphia and the store front model failed they moved to delaware where the lending laws are much more lenient. Ownership has not changed hands and under the current model is more streamlined and less costly. That is instead of 40 stores staffed by lets say 160 people, they now operate in a call center strictly. Greatly reducing overhead.
