T & C made a mistake

I have all but one of my payday loans with T & C and it has been going well until I found out that they had not been distributing payments correctly as in our contract. My husband and I both had loans with Checkmate. Mine was more. We contracted to pay $25.00 per month on mine and $10.00 per month on my husband's. I just found out that no payments have been applied to my husband's loan and all of them were applied to mine. I called T & C and they are going to immediately send payment to my hubby's loan to fix their mistake. I also had discussed with another rep that I was not going to pay Cashnet what they wanted but would increase the payment a little. Apparently, this information was not indicated on my account so I'm not quite sure how it got screwed up. When I signed the contract and sent it in to them with the contracted payment amounts I didn't think there would be a problem. I will follow up with them again tomorrow.

fast, oh my gosh! Please keep us updated as to how T&C is handling this error!

I hope that your problem with T&C gets resolved soon. Any late fees that you incurred because of their mistake will be borne by them or it should be negotiated with the pdl place. You must talk with them clearly and sort it out. Otherwise, it will be a negative feedback about T&C and will hurt their business reputation.

I've been with T&C since April and I have learned to ask them for Statement of Accounts monthly. They had three big errors so far with me. One time, I had a payment set up for $100 to this company every month and they only sent $20. This mistake is making me go to small claims court now. T&C called the company and apologized for there error and the company is to ask for continence when the court date comes close. Another time they overpaid an account that I have with them and they were lucky to get a refund from the company. On the sheet they give you your accounts and the monthly payments, I added the totals and T&C fee of 10% and there was a difference of 200 dollars. They were able to research it and find their error. Just like any company, go over everything they send you and check to see if correct payments are being sent and also add up every new sheet they send you to give back.

Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for their services that they provide to me. They have resolved most of the mistakes so far (if I don't go to court I can say then resolved everything) that I have caught, but it also makes me wonder what if I didn't catch them. Just make sure you check everything and ask for everything, they are working for you.
