Does anyone know a lawyer?

I can't deal with this anymore. Does anyone know of a lawyer that can help with payday loans, not break me the rest of the way in money for his fee, and let me make payments bi-weekly with payroll?

There are a couple of companies that some members use to get help with pay day loans. The main ones are T&C and Langhorne Debt.

Welcome to the Community :D Hang in there, alot of us have been in the same boat! Can you tell us what state you are in, who the loans are from-how much was borrowed and paid? Not to be nosy, but maybe we can give you some more info, and a direction to go, no personal info please. A debt consolidation company would probably be cheaper in the long run, than an attorney. If you signed up for the free consultation, someone from your area will contact you and you can discuss them with the counselor. Before you go with any company, please check them out with the BBB, and from others who have used them succcessfully. Feel free to ask questions-we are here to help you!!..Karen

you don't need a lawyer. tell them to cease and desist. a lawyers know that they are breaking state laws, but willnot get they to go away b/c the lawyer wants you to keep paying him for his services. You tell them to go away or you will send a complaint to the ag and the ferderal trade commission.
