need help with cashnet usa

ok i defulted in a loan with them 3 months ago.i had emailed them called them and we cant set up a reasonable payment plan i can afford. i sent them a email to askk for paper mailed to me by usps. and they refused and sent me these emails
i got this after i sent the email asking to have papers sent too me.
