I need help!

Hi all! I am so thankful to have found this site! I am struggling to pay off 6 payday loans, two of which are internet loans. Does anyone know if the following are legal and licensed? They are:

500fastcash
paydaymax

Thanks so much!!

If 2 of the 6 are internet I am thinking that the other ones are storefront loans, right? Well with the storefront loans you need to pay those first because they are licensed in your state. So contact them and tell them your situation and see if they can help you with any kind of payment arrangement. Sone will tell you they can't, but they can because it is cheaper for them to do that then take you to court.

As for 500fastcash, no they are not licensed. I don't know about paydaymax.

But if you could please answer Karen's question, we can help you much better.

We have been or still are in the same situation and the people here are extremely informative and very helpful! Keep calm, pay attention to the advice given and follow through. And a must is to make notes of everything you need to do, people to call, people who call you, etc. It's hard work, so be prepared to spend some extra time each day to take care of this situation, as for myself...it was Top Priority!

But whatever you do....DON'T give up.
I came here the last week of July, I was so "out of my mind" and depressed, I had no idea what to do. Four days later...after having such wonderful people here to help you along every inch of the way, YOU too will find your way out of this!!

The reason I am writing you, if you should want to read my posts, is I have 500FastCash too (along with other internet pdls and storefronts) and 500FastCast is illegal. What I did was fax and snail mailed them the letter of revocations. Do a search on this site for "revocation letters" and you will see some examples and you can adjust to your personal situation.
And, I haven't heard a "peep" from them!! so far and may never. So you don't have to worry about them.
Perhaps phone calls, but I haven't received any yet..
So you can put them on the back burner.

As far as the storefronts, I called all 3, told them my situation and they then accepted monthly payments arrangements, anywhere from 3-6 months.

I will let the more experienced take it from here...as my situation is 5 pages long. You may want to see what steps I took.

Please ask any and as many questions, at any time to the people here. Someone will always be there for you! You made the right decision by coming here!!

I believe there is another thread regarding this. I know I posted regarding it somewhere.
