OK....I just googled cashcall on this site and there are severak posts on them...unfortunately none of them good. I would read them if you can...and then try calling them and explaining the situation to see if they will make any other arrangements with you...if not I would try to look into a debt management program that they might participate in. I have read they are a legal lender.
Well as a registered memner you can request a free consultation.
Well as a registered memner you can request a free consultation...they maybe able to find someone in your area that can handle it...the big question will be whether cashcall will accept it. Keep you head up though...there is always a way to work things out.
cash call
From what I've read, Cash Call is not the easiest to deal with. They are licensed and backed by a bank. You can feel free to get a consult on this site and see what they say. Or call Cash Call and tell them your situation and see if they'll work with you. Unfortunatley, they are a licensed lender. Please keep us posted!

be VERY careful dealing with Cash Call. You will not get them to stop charging the interest, or to lower it. They are legal, backed by a bank, and are getting away with what amounts to highway robbery. Unfortunately, at this point, no governmental body has seen fit to stop them, so it continues.
Do not treat them like a payday lender - they WILL pursue legal action against you if you default and don't make some sort of payment arrangement with them. Contact them as soon as possible and try to work something out. Please come back and let us know how things are going! :-)
Thank you
I really appreciate what you told me Suebeehoney. I will talk to them today. I just didn't realize that moving and finishing up expenses would be a little costly. I am going to pray for favor. I know that someone there will listen. I definitely don't want to default on the loan. That is the last thing. I just would like to make the payments in another manner. I will talk to them today. If I send them something, is that better thank sending nothing at all?
Thank you to all who help.
Not a problem at all, kimberlee - good luck, and let us know how

You should be able to send in payments to CashCall.
They can be very difficult to work with, so be prepared when you call them.
They also will tell you that they don't work with any sort of debt management companies.
They are a very very bad company to deal with, and as Suebee said, they will sue you if you defualt. BUT - They will wait for a while to sue you, because they want all that interest to accrue. Once they get a judgement against you the interest rate is set per your state law, and it is much much less then what cash call is charging.
Hello
Thank you for all of the advice. I called CashCall today. They seem to be nice. They told me as long as I paid by the 15th of each month, I would be ok. I told them that I would send them what I have. I sent them 20 dollars through Bank of America Bill Pay. At least, they know I am trying. I have to catch up on my car payment. They are last on my list. Do you know of any good refinancing places on line for people with "challenging" credit?

I don't know of many. Prosper.com is the only legit place I know of, but you do have to have a minimum score and even then nothing is guaranteed. People bid on lending you money at a certain rate.

i also have a loan with cashcall they are a horrible lender and call your entire reference list if they can't find you and have threatened me twice with legal action - which amounts to 25% of my check each payday being taken out..

Thing is they will go through with that legal action if you don't get payments back on track. They are sue happy.
