I obtained a pdl from CMG.

I obtained a pdl from CMG. They told me after I had the money that I wasn't suppose to get funding because I only get paid once a month. They also told me that I put on the application that I get paid twice a month and that is not true. I owe them $390. How can I pay them back under my terms? I closed the account that was affected by them. I called out of courtesy to tell them and they still drafted my closed account. How can they do that?
