Is FedEx a better option that US Post?


This is kind of coincides with the problem another poster had with getting creditor to pick up a validation letter.

Is it just as good to send correspondence via FedEx?

Or is the US Post office just a more legally sound way to things?

I would think that FedEx is better because you can track the shipment on-line.


Yes, I was also thinking about it. Actually, our prior concern should be that the debt validation letter reaches them in their hands. In anyways, if there is a legal proof that we made our attempts to contact them, but they were not accepting it. This makes our claim already stronger. Any suggestion!!

I would think that if it went to them FedEx that would be more likely to take it because they would probably just assume that it is professional mail.

The question is would FedEx hold up as well in court as US Mail. Also, FedEx don't actually get a signature but UPS does, so maybe UPS is even a better option.

Any comments?
