Can anyone identify these numbers?

I called both numbers, and the same person answered "Business Offices". I asked her to repeat the name of the company, but she said that there are many businesses who use the phone number. I temped for a company like that once years ago. It was a large office suite which did have many tiny offices, but most of the clients were phone/mail-only businesses. I had a caller ID with the company's name listed that the person was calling, so that I could answer, "Good morning, XYZ Company, how I may I direct your call?". I was to never say that we were only an answering service, I was supposed to say something like, "I'm sorry, John Doe is in off-site meetings all day, would you like his voicemail?".
