You can consolidate, but you can also clean these up yourself.
You can consolidate, but you can also clean these up yourself. Please read through some of the threads here about PA. It's a bit confusing, depending on what department you talk to you get a different story. But if you file complaints with the AG's office you may get some help in dealing with these companies.
I would also recommend considering closing your bank account. Please read the following thread regarding some important information you need to know before you close the account.

Welcome to the forums! Payday Select and Payday OK are the same company and are relatively easy to deal with. If you still owe them legally, they will work out a 2-3 month payment plan for you if you insist on it and they will not put up a fight over it. Please read the thread goudah postedf and get that bank account taken care of and let us know if you need help!
HI I'm from PA also and like Sass said Paydayok and paydayselec
HI
I'm from PA also and like Sass said Paydayok and paydayselect are so easy to deal with. After getting a Paid in full from them I felt so much better.
Bank account closed whats next
My bank closed my account due to all of the nsf's on my account that were caused by all my pdl's. So what do I do next? I know some of them I have not paid enough.
From the state of pa
In my previous response I posted my loans with the amount borrowed andt the amt paid. These are all internet loans
Yeah, as Cannr was saying PA can be a bit confusing. If you go
Yeah, as Cannr was saying PA can be a bit confusing. If you go to the PA Dept of Finanical Inst. website (the dept in charge of regulating pdls) they clearly state on their website that with any loans taken out over the internet the companies only need to be licensed in ANOTHER state, and they would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed in. But then if you call the AG's office, and get the right person on the right day, you can be told that these companies have to follow PA law no matter where they are located. I've called the AG's office there about 10 times now and get a different response every time I call, so it can be very hit or miss.
Since your bank closed your account due to nsf's, are you reported to chexsystems? Do you have a new bank account yet?
New account
I was able to open up a new account. I guess I wasn't reported to chexsystems because I was able to get that account. I have contacted paydayselect, they accept money orders and were very helpful.
a question about delaware fast cash
I borrowed $1000 and paid them $300 x2 for fees and $100 towards the principal. That is $700. Legally I only need to pay them $300? How do you go about getting through to them. Midland borrowed $300 paid $560 in fees am i legally done paying them too? Above I posted all of my payday loans. Can anyone tell me which ones I am legally bound to pay on.
which loans are legal
can anyone tell me which of the above pdls are legal. And when should I contact the AGs office? What info do I need to tell them?
If you go to the web site for your AG's office, they have a comp
If you go to the web site for your AG's office, they have a complaint form on line. After closing your bank account (which you have done) you also need to send a letter to each ipdl revoking their right to debit your account and revoking any wage assignment you may or may not have signed...better safe than sorry. You can then either state to them your state law and the fact you overpaid or a request for a payment arrangement to pay off the balance you legally owe. Then file complaints on each one separtaly with the AG, the FTC, and BBB. You can find the forms on line at each site. Some sites let you file right on line...I had to print my forms, fill them out and mail them in.
what do you do if you over pay
If you take out a $300 loan and pay back$556 just by all the refianacing does it mean you have overpaid. I am a little confused about this. My bank account is closed and I am trying to figure out exactly what I owe on them. If I was just paying the finance charges over and over does that count? Is it what ever I pay them count as payment towards the principle.
Some good news
after my account was closed. I emailed paydayok, paydayselect and mycashtime about speeaking to the AG and I have received email from all 3 ststed that my loans are PID. HOORAY for me!!! Thanks to help of this forum and all the wonderful people here. I was able to put some dent into my pdl nightmare.

the pdl cal are coming in
the calls have started. I have gotten calls from de fastcash, ucl, cashnetusa, cash advance, and bmg-3midland. what is the next step. do I email them and tell them my state laws? Some help needed.
yes...if you have closed your account at the bank...you now need
yes...if you have closed your account at the bank...you now need to email them your state laws and revoke their right to debit your account, wage assignments, calling you at work, etc.(it is best to send them letters return reciept requested) Then definitely file complaints with your state attorney general and the bbb. They can help you mediate a resolution or pif.
letters
Oh God, yes. Send them all letters. Fax them, email them, mail them. Revoke their debit authorization, revoke any wage assignment you may have signed with them, tell them to contact you via email or USPS only - no telephone calls will be permitted to your home, place of employment, or any other telephone number they may have. Tell them to corresponde with you only via email or USPS so that you may have documentation of all communication. You won't have documentation of a telephone call. And file all complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and your state AG. They may not stop calling, but you'll have it in writing you told them to stop. Whenever they call you, try not to take the calls. If they call, send another email telling them to only contact you via email or USPS. Send an email every single time they call.
I was on the site before that gives you your state laws on pdls
I was on the site before that gives you your state laws on pdls but I can not find it again, Could someone give me that again so I can send it to my pdls.

Can anyone tell me if these ipdls are legal, defastcash/cashtilpay, cashnetusa, paychecktoday, dmsmktg, and 3midland/bmg
flyers
flyers, shoot. You're in PA. I don't like PA. They have very gray areas regarding pdl's. I'm posting your state law. However, someone with more PA knowlege can probably explain it better. Maybe goudah? Lord. I'm not good with PA internet laws. But I'm going to post your law for you anyway.
You will find the Payday loan laws for Pennsylvania here (just select your state),
