Now two very strange things about this are 1st- they gave me two deposits of $200 on the same day, The other odd thing is that they say I said I have a checking account.....I know thats not true I haven't had a checking account in over a year!!
Unfortunately I was laid off recently and have just gone back so the money I owe isn't there.....
So I have no idea what to do!!! Oh yeah I am in Alaska!

Okay, I'm confused! They gave you two $200 loans? And they deposited them into a checking account, right? But you haven't had a checking account in over a year? How were they getting their payments back? Or did they never get any payments? And are they just now contacting you?

Yup two deposits of $200 on the same day...the money went into my savings account...but they say they only can do pdl with checking accounts. and no they can't take the money out according to them I know have to pay by Credit card.....

So they deposited into your savings account? Twice? And now they want how much? And you haven't paid them anything? What state are you in? We need to see if these guys are even licensed to do business. I've read horror stories about this company.
