Went on line looking for a loan.Found Geneva Roth.
Filed app but lost internet connection.Tought weel
it did'nt go through.2 days later found Geneva Roth
processing a deposit in my account.I don't have any information on the loan,payment plan nor a call to
verify as they said.I don't need the loan any more.
Please advise.I am in Dallas TX.

Most of these companies give you a day or two to cancel without penalty. Call them at the number listed above and tell them that you no longer need the loan. If nothing else, I would think they would prorate for you so that you are not charged the full amount.

THEY WILL NOT CONTACT YOU AND YOU CAN NOT CONTACT THEM AT ANY PHONE NUMBER GIVEN I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO BUT THEY DEPOSITED 400.00 IN TO MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT EVEN TELL ME I WAS APROVED OR ASK HOW MUCH I NEEDED NOT AFTER READING ALL OF THIS I WANT TO PAY THEM OFF SO THEY DONT WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.... When did they deposit? I believe you have 72 hours to reject the deposit and have your bank reverse it. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong on that. If you can get it reversed, then close that account quickly or they'll start debiting from it. Make sure that it cannot be forced back open. Check with the branch manager on what you need to do to accomplish this.
