Anyone knows Star Advance?

Anyone know their number?

tasha, do a google search on this site. I was looking through some posts (some are old) and I remember seeing this name. Check it out and see what comes up. There might be some info.

This is all I could gather from their website, no phone number, etc. It's a fill in the blank type email form also for contacting them unless you use the following email address, which should work for trying to make arrangements for them.

i defaulted. they e mailed me, i told them to leave me alone that they were not getting any more money,I told them ny account was closed. That was the end. They may be one of the companies calling my old job, because thatis the info they had. No one has called me at home , and no more e mails

Thanks for posting your info. kash! That's good to know. So they emailed you once, you informed them that your account is closed, and they left you alone. I guess they figured they'd better since they are operating illegally!

kash, you're absolutely correct. Especially the overseas pld's. A lot of them disappear once you confront them with laws, complaints, etc. Then there are others (MTE for example) that will continue to go on and on and on forever even though they are illegal. The overseas ones seem to call more though rather than communicate via email. It's amazing what knowledge can do! Thanks to all the experienced knowledgable people on this forum! We've learned a lot!

I personally know Kashzan, and the loan was paid in full, but the interest was not. kash did not default on the loan, but rather paid them more than the principle amount borrowed. People that were around 2 and 3 years ago, pretty much pioneered this site , and none of them ever not paid back what was borrowed. We always advocate paying what is legally due. Do not insult this site or its members.

I've done business with Star Advance and have no complaints what so ever with their service. They increase the loan amount after they received their payment. They're always there when I need some quick cash.

They are a good company with the lowest rate ($7.12 per $100) of ANY company I've found out there!! Have borrowed from them numerous times over the past 2 years and they've been great.

In the process of working to pay off my 13 pdl or negotiate settlements with them. Star happens to be one of them. Any advise for dealing with these people? Is it a matter of how much you've paid them already compared to the amount borrowed?

You are one of the lucky ones. It seems to me when politicans want to change PDL laws in favor of the consumers, some companies get less aggressive and more compasionate. Once the smoke clears, it is back to the same old s%%t!
