Which company was this? That is going to depend on how you should deal with them. I would think there would be someone your old company should complain to as well if they have been told you no longer work there. I smell B.I.G./Interim Cash/Route 66 or Cash Today Ltd., am I right?

Have you sent your letters in? Fax/email/mail to all your pdl's? I know they haven't contacted you personally, but you need to cover your butt and send the letters, if you haven't already. This way you'll have your documentation for them to stop! It may not stop them, but you'll have something. That's awful they keep calling your old job even after they've been told you no longer work there. kash, if you haven't sent your letters to your pdl's, do it now.

No One hascalled at my home. That seems a bit odd

Most of the pdl's I had didn't ever call me on my home phone either . . . . . They only want to call you at work so they can embarrass and harrrass you into paying ridiculous amounts of money asap. They could care less if they could contact you at home, it doesn't have the same affect as when you are at work and there are coworkers all around you.

I have been extremely fortunate and have had only one call and that was from the collection agency that I was sent to for NationalPayday. They only called once and I sent a cease and desist and have not called back at all. The PDL's have not called me once. That, I am guessing, will change sooner or later, but, I'll deal with it when it happens. Onward!

That's the same attitude I have Bflow...I have noyt heard much from mine either...but I know that will change sooner or later...

kash, have they emailed you at all? It doesn't surprise me they still call because most of them still call even after requesting them not to call. It's part of the game. But, if they haven't contacted you through emial either, that's eerie! LOL! Just let it ride. They'll jump up soon enough.
