I have been getting phone calls from this company for months now, they ask me for someone I don't know and even though I explain that, they keep asking me questions about it and accuse me of lying. What can I do?

Who is calling you? It looks like they are trying to reach someone else. If its a CA, you should record the phone call and prepare a legal case against them.
Find out the name and address of the CA and send a cease communi
Find out the name and address of the CA and send a cease communications letter (registered return reciept). If they call you again after getting the letter, take action against them.
