Who do I need to contact and how do I contact them to find out about a report on my credit report? I had an account that posted, with a balance of $653.00. I have no idea what this is.. Thank you!!

I looked at a digital copy. I am over in Iraq, so all I have to check it, is the internet. I will go back and look at it again. Thank you for the help!!
