AG response update

If you read my previous post regarding response from the AG, I was reassuring everyone that the AG does respond and not to get discouraged. I stated that I had filed MANY complaints and I received one big envelope from them a few days ago with responses for 7 complaints in it. Today I received 1 more response from the AG. I filed them almost all at the same time. So they are slowing trickling in now. I posted last time that in my state (I'm not sure of everyone's state) that they allow the company 30 days to respond to them. So, it'll take time but they are on it. Today I read the 1 I got through again, and it also states on there that the AG reviews each complaint received and "decides" if it merits a complaint being sent to the company. Apparently mine all have so far. Well, maybe a couple more are still pending. But I have gotten responses on 8 complaints I filed with the AG. Do not give up on them. They come out of the blue. Apparently they do review every complaint (which takes time) then decides if it is worth contacting the company (which takes time) then they will send you something in the mail stating that they have contacted the company (which takes time). But, just wanted to give everyone an update that another one has been addressed by my state AG. I swear, I'm getting excited just thinking about it! Do not give up on them.

Luke, you and I are on the same wavelength! I swear to God, I'm scared to death because I've filed so many complaints that they're going to start investigating ME! I mean, good Lord, I've filed like 10 complaints against these pdl's. They're going to get tired of seeing my name! I hope there are not repercussions as to filing all these complaints. And I've emailed my DFI asking so many questions, they're probably looking me up right now! LOL!

I am happy to hear that you got responses Cannr. When I mailed back the extra info to my AG..the woman I spoke to said it would take at least 2 weeks to review and if I didn't hear from them...that meant it was still active..otherwise I would get a letter stating there was no merit to the complaint. So the longer I go without hearing anything, the more hopeful I feel!!

Yes, I do realize that they are here to protect us. I'm just a paranoid person! And I do like to give updates regarding anything I've received from the AG because people get so discouraged. As they told you, morningstarr, you sent in extra information and it'll take another two weeks now. So it does take them some time. However, it did merit a complaint to be filed with the company! Good news! Then again, I guess it would be worth the AG contacting all these pdl's since they're all illegal! LOL! Lord have mercy on their souls!

I am so thankful for each of you that are having a positive experience with your AG's, etc. I have filed complaints as well with my DFI, AF and FTC and have not had a single response except an email for the DFI that confused me more than I was. Maybe sometime soon I'll get a resolution.

Cannr, I'm so glad to hear that you received responses from your AG. I received a letter on Friday from my state's AG requesting more documentation from our friends over at Oneclickcash. So, I'm going to fax that all over to them tomorrow. I know what you mean about getting sick of seeing our names, but you know what we have to remember, is that we are the victims here, not them....

Keep us posted.

Bflow....my DFI guy confused me too...Goudah called them and talked to someone different and got a clearer answer...why don't you try calling and see if that will work for you too..

Hey guys...don't worry about them investigating us!!! We haven't done anything worng...maybe we we're not the brightest in getting involved with the ipdls..but it's their job to help and protect us!!

You are so right-We haven't done anything wrong except use bad judgment and that is surely not criminal! I don't worry about them investigating me anymore and actually I don't think about the PDL's too much lately. Now and then I work on one but it doesn't consume me any longer. I only have 3 legitimately left to deal with and now they can't get my money , so, they will probably call but OH WELL!!!

I am in the same boat and haven't even bothered to email them any more. I figure I will hear from them sooner or later and they already know where I stand as per other communication. I continue to work on my old bank issue..just mailed them copies of everything again..and I will ofcourse follow up with my AG. But my every day issues and my health come first.
