CA PDL LAW

Could someone PLEASE post the California law regarding pdls for janine? She's posted and listed out her pdl's and amounts. I can not for the life of me find the state law for California. Please help! You can read her post and post the law there. I'm at a stand still! Thank you to anyone!

I can also sum up in a nutshell the following:
No criminal prosecution for defaulting on a PDL
Legal interest rate is 15 percent.
Max PDL loan amount is $300
Voluntary repayment plan
No rollovers

This is California PDL law as I know it and have dealt with it personally--hope it helps!

ks, thanks for the response! I put what you said on as a reply to the original thread that janine is on. Of course, I told her that you would be a good source for advice regarding CA. I also put that you are the one that posted and "quoted" you. I hope that's okay. Just in case she needs more CA info., maybe she can pm you or something to get info.
