who do I contact?

Welcome to the forum! How many payday loans do you have, how much are they for, how much have you already paid in fees, etc., and what state are you in? If you can provide this info., we can help you start taking control of your finances again.

There are a couple of companies that do consolidate payday loans, but you may find that you have overpaid on some of your loans and can handle the situation yourself.

Hi, welcome to the forums. You have come to the right place. Please tell us how much each loan was for and from which lender. Also, how much you have paid each one so far and the State that you live in. That way we can help you determine what you legally owe. You may not need to conolidat them. You may not owe them anything if you have been paying for a while.
You must ask your bank to freeze your checking account immediately so that you can breathe and deal with these companies on your terms, not theirs. Tell your payroll dept that you need to get a live paycheck for a while. Be sure of the policy of your bank though. Some banks will force through an electonic withdrawal even though the account has been closed or frozen.

I have 6 outstanding loans in Texas. Two are financial institutions RNO Finance, 600 outstanding, pay 91.77. Loan Express, 600 outstanding, pay 91.77. Payday loans are: 500 fastcash, total of 270 paid and received 300 from them. Cashnet, paid so far 225.00 borrowed 700, balance863.14. Payday today, paid 150.00 borrowed 350.00(?), payday select, pay 146.43, borrowed 500.00, now it's 564.28. Tx. Loan Corp., owe 550.00 and have paid them more than 540.00.
