They will not answer the phone so you will leave a mess. with your phone number. Then they can call you as often as they please, trying to get you to cave in regardless whether you owe or not. Threatening court dates. They can and will, regardless, freeze your bank accounts. Beware. But go to court! Request proof of ownership of account. They may not even have it if its been awhile.

so what you are saying bubbat is they can freeze accounts without a judgement,that is false false false.nobody can do that,or garnish without a court order.i do agree with part of this as if you get a summons respond,but no a threat of court should be researched first with your court clerk.

Dont deal with these aholes file bankrupcy i am getting sued for 930 dollars and have paid on it for about 6 months and now i owe 920 these people dont care about u they care about there god that is green wait untill they take u too court then file bankrupcy so they have to work for free its time to fight back against aholes like this
