United responded. But what does this mean??

Yesterday i put a post on this site " What is united trying to do" well they responded to my e-mail i sent ( i can't believe they responded because they never have before ) Here is what they said in their e-mail.
You do not have a loan pending. Your prior loan is inactive.

So what does My prior loan is inactive mean?? Because before on my account it stated that my loan was in collections.

This is my last IPDL to take care of and they are driving me crazy! :?

Are you able to log onto the website and see what it says regarding your loan? Or is only the "pending one" the one that showed up when you looked?

Yes i can log onto my account but this is what it says..
Status page- In progress
Approval: Pending
Funds sent to Bank: Pending

All of my information ( documents and all ) for my prior loan is gone. ( The one i am fighting them about )

Before this loan pending showed up on my account, my account stated that it was in collections and all my prior loan information was there.

So do you have any idea what this means? What do they mean my prior loan is inactive?

Oh my Lord. See how they try to confuse us? I would email them and explain that you are aware the "pending loan" is not being processed - although stated that it is on the web site - however, please inform you of the status of the prior loan. Maybe if they get your email, they can respond and let you know in ENGLISH if your account has truly been turned over to collections. It's worth a shot. An email doesn't hurt.

I just had the same thing happen to my account with UCL. I have sent them several emails regarding my pending loan that has been pending for about a week now. However on my old account the one I'm trying to get marked PIF never stated anything about collections (unless I missed it, I only log into check twice a week) and it has been pending for nearly a week now. You would think that someone would have figured out that nothing is going to go through my closed account. How Stupid!!

Just goes to show you.... CRAZY  You would honestly begin to think they are all out to drive us insane! Sometimes I think it's working!

I know they can handle it through mail. I think they are just tired of my e-mails and letters. That is the only way i will communicate with them because i want proof of everything. I think they are just messing with be because i won't give into anything they are telling me or offering me. I'm not afraid of them anymore. When i started this whole thing a couple of months ago i was somewhat afraid but not anymore.
