They are terrible about explaining to you how you can avoid their fees and set-up payment arrangements! I paid $240 in fees for a stupid $200 loan! They will charge you your fee early and won't refund it even if you pay in full the day before the fee is suppose to come out! Their representatives are RUDE and a supervisor hung up on me even though I was totally reasonable with her! These people are CROOKS! -Brett-
